This Privacy Policy applies to the ADA REMODELING application and website. ADA REMODELING is the customer-facing name. The legal company identity for this policy is ADA REMODELING LLC.
The app provides an on-device Project Brief form. Required fields are: name, email address, phone number, room or project focus, budget range, and preferred timeframe. Optional fields are: project address, selected priorities, and notes or special instructions.
The entered fields are used only to organize a renovation Project Brief that you can review on your device. They are not used to create an account, profile you for advertising, process a payment, or provide a server-confirmed booking or quote.
Project Brief information is stored locally using standard browser LocalStorage and preferences. The app also stores favourites, recently viewed items, and basic app state locally where needed for the implemented features. These records remain on the device unless you delete them.
The app has no backend server, cloud database, Firebase integration, authentication system, user-account system, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or payment gateway. Saving a Project Brief does not transmit the entered details to ADA REMODELING LLC, the privacy contact, or any external server. Any local status shown in the app refers only to data stored on the device and is not a business confirmation.
Locally stored information remains on the device until you delete an individual saved Project Brief, use Clear Brief to clear local app data, clear storage through browser settings, or reset local state. Clearing local app data removes saved Project Briefs, favourites, recently viewed items, and locally stored preferences.
The Contact Us screen can open an installed email application addressed to info@adaremodeling.online. The app does not automatically attach or transmit a saved Project Brief. If you choose to compose and send an email, that message is handled by your selected email application and email provider under their own terms and privacy practices.
The finished app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, media-library, or payment-card permissions. It does not store full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, card PINs, passwords, authentication tokens, online-banking credentials, or identity documents.
The implemented core catalogue images are bundled locally or delivered securely via HTTPS. No external tracking tools, communication proxies, or advertisement networks are used. The only implemented external action is the optional Contact Us email intent described above.
Project Briefs, favourites, recently viewed items, and locally stored app state are not shared by the app with the business, developer, advertisers, analytics providers, or external servers. A message that you independently choose to send through an external email application is handled outside the app.
Local application storage is subject to the security of your device and operating system. No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The app is a renovation-planning utility and is not designed to knowingly collect information from children. Because there is no backend account or server collection system, Project Brief information remains locally stored as described above.
You may choose not to complete a Project Brief. Optional fields may be left blank. You can delete individual local briefs, clear local app data, or clear browser storage anytime.
This policy may be updated when the implemented app functionality or data practices change. The effective date shown above identifies this version.
